Hey everyone! My Amazon account was suspended for no reason last week so I couldn't work or withdraw money or receive money on my Amazon Payments account. I contacted amazon and got that all straightened out and was just unsuspended the other day. My biggest problem was during this time about $150 worth of hits failed to be credited to my Amazon Payments account. I have contacted Amazon to see what is up, but no response as of yet. Will i have to contact each requester with the transaction id about that payment that i failed to receive? Or will they automatically start to complete? Any help would really be appreciated!
Are the hits still unaccepted? Or were they accepted and paid but the money wasn't credited to your account?
If your account is suspended, you may have lost your money. I wish you the best of luck. PayPal flagged my account for no reason, and I lost 600.00. :/ I wish you the best of luck and hope everything works out though.
Since, your account is in good standing now, I believe the funds should come to your account now. You should wait for Amazon's reply on this, I am sure they will transfer it to your account. When the account is in suspended state, any PAID amount during this state directly goes to Amazon. You are lucky that you got it straightened out. BTW, what was the issue with your account and how did you resolve it? Please share as this will be helpful to members.
Thanks I really hope i receive my funds. Bills don't pay their selves As to why i was suspended, I am not really sure. I logged into Mturk one day and tried to do some hits and my account was suspended and i couldn't do anything or receive money. I contacted Amazon and asked what was up and provided a bunch of personal information such as Id bank accounts ect. and it was eventually straightened out.
The payments will send again. When my account was frozen due to me not getting my ss# to them (I kept entering my married hyphenated name instead of my maiden name and it failed to go through because duh!) the payments failed so I sent them an email asking when the failed payments would send again and they gave me a generic response. So I sent them another email explaining the situation and it was fixed in about a day. So I guess what i'm saying here is, send them an email because that might help the process move along.
Congrats on getting reinstated! You should be able get the money back from Amazon without having to contact the requesters. Once they pay it out, I SERIOUSLY doubt Amazon refunds it to them in cases like this. (I've posted hits as a requester from time to time, but never ran into that situation so not sure) Reading that your account got reinstated gives me hope for mine too.
Just as an update! Amazon responded to my email finally and credited all of money that I earned to my account! Even though it took them a while Amazon always comes through! Woo!
