I would like to recruit a number of reliable workers from United States to work on a number of tasks (easy: Just watching or reading something and then answering to some questions). I can guarantee that unless if the task would not be completed honestly, there will be no rejection and I can guarantee a certain amount of hourly wage. Would anyone be interested? What is the minimum hourly wage you expect to receive to go with this offer?

yes, I am interested in this at least .10 per Hit would be nice, of course this depends on how much work is going to be involved on our parts.

How can you tell him .10 per hit when you have no idea how long each hit will take?

If the HIT takes 50 seconds or less to complete, it should pay 10 cents. A good rule of thumb for pricing HITs for US workers should be no less than 1 cent for every 5 seconds it takes to complete the HIT, or 12 cents per minute.

Agreed. This would be enough to enable you to restrict your workforce however you like and still attract a surfeit of applicants.

Instead of restricting your pool of workers to the US right off the bat, why not put a qualification hit (or short series of hits) in place?

Those workers who show that they can do the hit to your expected quality level could be hired, whatever their location, and you could put a decent wage on the hit, knowing that you would be getting quality work for your money. To define "decent" I would use the answers above.

I wouldn't mind doing these hits. However a "min an hour rate" is going to be hard on Mturk.
I would like to do say 15-20 hits, then maybe move not work an hour on one hit to help prevent burn out.

I say 10c a hit is probably good if they take near a min to do. Though everyone works at a different pace.

I would also be interested. And it looks like you have gotten some good posts on a minimum wage. Most of us try to stay at a 10 cents per minute range. :)

Thank you all for your responses. I'll do my best to keep the rate for my HITs as much as I can.
May I ask those, who are interested in having more information regarding these HITs to PM me their email addresses (if you have not done so). I am gone send out a HIT sample and a qualification HIT. Please let me know if you need more info from my side.

I would be interested! I try to put my best effort forward no matter how much the rate. But with a decent hourly rate, you will get good workers. I'm thinking though that maybe you should have some kind of qualification, or find a way to weed out the spammers rather quickly!
