To know the current dollar rupee rate go to www.dollars2rupees.com In cse of withdrawing the cheque as far as i've heard and xperienced..It is better to do it when a fresh week strts..So that Amazon gives u a better rate and may be really may be u r in the top order of issual list of that week and u get it delivered quicker...I usually do it on Monday nights prolly between 8pm and 9pm IST
I don't think so, I usually withdraw my checks in weekends almost on Saturday and get conversation rate mail after 3 days and get the check after 5-6 days.
