can you guys recommend good hits to do. I'm planning to work at least 4 hours a day doing this so i have good amount of time on my hands.

Fallesty - Just for the good of the community - where are you from? Ive seen a few from India post they have been rejected.
You should get an account at turkopticon. It will tell you right beside each requesters name if they have good or bad ratings. Don't use anyone with no ratings to begin with. Crowdflower or crowdsource is good ones to start out with, I think.
