Recently I did the HIT "Write a 250-300 word summary of a website" and it took me about 40 minutes. It was very fun and nice, reminded me of the college work I did in English class last semester... However, it may get rejected, and if that's the case, I completely wasted 40 minutes rather than sort of wasting 40 minutes I'll keep you guys posted, and if it is rejected I will post the description here and you can let me know if the rejection was justified or not (I'm not the most professional with grammar to be blunt... There were probably 2 mistakes in there they might mind) Did anyone else do this HIT?
I don't do his writing HITs because the pay is way too low (I won't write for less than 1c/word). But I've done a lot of his other HITs and never been rejected, approves pretty quickly from what I remember.
I've done quite a few of those writing HITS and haven't been rejected yet. If the site he wants summarized is totally boring I skip the HIT but most of the time they are pretty interesting and it's a quick HIT for me to do for $1.75. The first one I did I remember it taking a few days to see approval but now it's generally within 24 hours.
I did it once. They approved me but I haven't been able to accept another HIT of theirs again. Well, I can accept - but then I'm told there aren't anymore HITs. Oh well.
I have done the HIT "Find and collect information about a conference" posted by Houdini Inc. The HITs were very interesting. Requester had given me a chance to rectify the mistakes in two of the HITS. The requester has approved all my HITs within 24hours.
This is just with the specific HIT, correct? And that's too bad, the website was fun to look into and write about for me. I'd like to do it again, but it seems like, from what you're saying, I will need to wait until they release a new batch.
