No, he means you are lying by starting an account in your brother's name. Not only is it unethical, but I'm 99.999999% positive that it is against amazon's terms of service.
Unless rules are different overseas, you won't be able to cash checks in your brother's name. If you're just going to spend the Amazon gift cards, it's still cheating the system that the rest of us work to maintain. Not only will you be making the rest of us look bad, you'll most likely end up banned again.
Hello guys, First of all, if you can help in anyway please do help because I had $400 in my account, please note that I am not USA based worker, I am an Indian worker turking since 2012. Today morning when I logged in to my Mturk account, suddenly, I saw message as below: "Your request was not completed successfully. This account has been suspended by the Amazon Mechanical Turk team." I immediately logged in to the email account I used to signup with Mturk and there was no mail stating my account suspension. Now, my question is : did Mturk put suspension in error? If I don't get reinstated, will I get my money in Indian rupees? Many of you might have suffered from Suspension, please guide me. Thanks for the any help in advanced.
Sorry to hear this. They don't usually give you your money once they suspend accounts. It's in their Terms of Service contract that if anyone gets suspended, the funds are taken. Only way to resolve this is to contact them. Some people have gotten their money back by contacting them. Good luck.
