Yeah, I know it's excessive. I agree, but every family has their thing. He's our only child, late on life and my hubby is an Asian techno freak. My son had the Ipad 1 "for learning games" when he was 3 and the Wii when he was 5. I'm on a damn laptop I wish I could kick him outside to play, but coming from Ny and now in Aurora, I don't let him out unless it's an official planned activity. It's a far cry from how I grew up in Maine with the pine tress and blueberry bushes, but today's a different world.
Boy, they did go fast towards the end...I took one and it said there were 998 left; when I was done (and my system of doing them was pretty fast), they were gone! It's just nice to work for someone who appreciates what we do. Does anyone know what he does with all this info?
Not true, my baby sister is a commander when her friends are in the house. She's always the mama duck.

When I first started doing them I screwed up and included the "g/mol" . I shot him an e-mail and he responded and said it was ok, other people made that mistake. He'd still approve them.
Oh, I understand and I'm not judging at all! It just boggles my mind how times have changed. I just refuse to let my kids stay glued to electronics. lol I live in the country though. I know my family is not the norm any it just makes me sad. Christmas day the kids told me they were bored. They are lucky I'm not a mother who spanks! lol Back in the day I was happy for a new Barbie. Now, they get a shit ton of presents and are still bored. What happened to imagination? *sigh* /rant

I grew up in Colorado - it sure has changed...probably didn't compare to Maine in the "good old days" (in my case anyway ) but Denver was pretty "wild west." LOL. Going to Aurora was like going to Kansas when I started driving! I'm glad your son is using his brain and is doing things he enjoys doing!
I couldn't agree with you more! I was conservative this Christmas and still blew $250 on him with physical toys like snap circuits, etc. Two hours later, he was back to his techno gig. Grrh. I'm seriously considering doing away with Christmas presents and moving toward a tradition of one fancy family vacation a year.
I was just doing those and it says I hit the limit on how many I can do. I guess their not unlimited.
I did the same thing! It's kind of embarassing when you think about it...we are supposed to be detail oriented...LOL
Yep, that has happened to me with that one before. Did you try the CF Tweets? Emotions expressed in US election tweets: Who is feeling what, towards whom, and why? I answered their screening question wrong (how many Dems vs how many Republicans voted into the House)...LOL...they said I wasn't qualified to take their survey...yeah, well...if that is the criteria they want to go by on whether or not you have a valid "opinion" they are just out of luck with me - waving to Coman - I enjoyed his HITs more anyway!
For me, its really all came down to where we were living. The first four years of my daughters life we were in the country and she had a nice balance of outside/imaginative play time. But we've had to move into an apartment complex thats a bit shady so we cant have as much fun outside and she began stealing the ipod and playing apps. It really was nice living in the country! Now she, too, is into minecraft but of all the things out there to play, minecraft seems okay for kids at least. Now "Santas minecraft man" Christmas present... THAT SUCKED.. I made her a photo paper world to get her off the game and get her imagination going. I STILL have superglue on my hands. Heres some of it...
Oh, that's so sweet! I remember it like it was yesterday. When they are that young, they just love the wrapping and the boxes (count your blessings, because you'll learn to hate Christmas or at least how much it costs thereafter!).
