Why was my account suspended?

MY New Account was Suspended Yesterday....Now what I do???i have No Idea when ever i am trying to create account they suspending me i dont know why ?i think they are blocked me to create a account from m turk.

 

You should have seen it coming. At least some of us here clearly did.
