Random question; I assume you must have the master qualification considering your high number of HITs, can you recall what your stats ware when you received it? and was it a party with cake and balloons? cause I totally picture it with a party with cake and balloons... know what? I don't even want to know, I want it to be a surprise! I do want to know if you remember how many HITs you had when you got it and if you requested it or they just randomly gave you it, and maybe other details worth mentioning about it. Thanks.
Yes I do have the Master Qualification in Categorization it has been about a year ago now, so I would guess around 100,000 hits, but in all my research the number of hits has nothing to with who gets it. I have heard of someone turking for 2 months and they got it. All I know is in the email I received it says You have received this qualification because your accuracy, velocity and volume of HITs done for Requesters on the Mechanical Turk marketplace demonstrates your mastery. But no one really knows? I mainly work for Amazon Requester Inc. where I Edit reviews. I just work on pretty much anything, that pays reasonable.
And so far the only perk of being a master is , yes there sometimes are some good hits, but mainly NO Captchas don;t have to prove I am human anymore
