What are the most consistent hits that are posted daily with plenty of hits available each day? Looking for only consistent hits that are always approved and build ratings. Not from people who are too risky.
There really are no HITs that are consistently good, it's up and down. You may have a week where a particular decent paying hit is available, then it's gone and doesn't come back for weeks if ever. Right now I'm doing a batch of Crowdflower HITs, "Is a given business listed in local business directories?" They went up either yesterday or the week before and start still available, but I'm sure they'll be gone either today or tomorrow. It's the second time I've seen this batch, and the first time was over a month ago... that's just kind of how mturk goes.
Oscar HITs are up most everyday. Same as Redwood, though redwood doesn't have many up, kinda sporadic. Oscar aren't great pay, but you can become a trusted worker or something and earn more. I see Oscar's business card HITs almost everyday and they've been up for a month or more.
Oscar, Redwood, and Crowdflower are all good Batch HITs, for that time in between surveys, or when you just need to get your numbers up!
I have to urge you to ignore any comment you see about Oscar Smith being "good". Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your time on those, unless you like working for slave wages. If you really want to see what I mean do a couple of them, see how long they take you, and do the math to figure out how much you would make in an hour on them. I'll give you a hint, it's something like 1/6 of the minimum wage in the US. Even if you waste your time enough with them to get his "trusted worker" status, you're still making $3/hr at best, and that's if you are really fast with them and could keep up that pace for a long period of time.
Hes good in terms of payment and the quantity of hit available Also great if you want to get your numbers up. But at the end of the day, if he isn't paying enough, that doesn't make him bad. You ultimately choose to work on the hits that are worth it to you. If you don't want slave wages, then don't do them. Its not like the payment amount isn't clearly visible before the worker chooses to accept.
Its not even good to "get your numbers up", as you put it. Sure they'll approve, but you're going to be spending far too much time. If you want to get numbers up, there are many requesters for that who aren't ripping you off. Its requesters like this guy who throw off the pay scale for all workers, not just those who do his hits. When requesters see how little people like him pay, and that people are actually willing to do it, it just shows other requesters that they can pay crap wages and still get their work done. It sets a bad precedent.
