I need help with amazon gift card !!!

Guys I have a doubt, can I give amazon gift card which I redeemed from mturk to an another guy ??
Anyone of you tested that before ??
Is that legal ?

Yes, you can give a gift card as a gift, all you have to do is go to your gift card balance on Amazon and select "Send a gift card" and that makes it a gift

 

I never tried this option, do we get this as a NUMBER (like coupon) ??
Or it just automaticaly debited to the corresponding amazon account ??

 

Yeah it sends to the person email like a digital gift card, and they can apply it to their Amazon account

 

I don't have that option on my gift card balance page. According to Amazon's Terms and Conditions:

"Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Unused Gift Card balances in an Amazon account may not be transferred."

No, you would have had to register another guy's email address with your mturk account before you withdrew your mturk account balance to an Amazon gift card balance.

mturk is frustrating for international users.

The only way I can get money out of an Amazon.com gift card balance is to sell items on eBay, but I am still not sure that this is even legal due to money laundering laws.

 

why not just place the order for the guy and pay for it with your gift card and have it sent to him?

It's exactly correct that any redemption of your Turking earnings as a GC is not transferable. Unlike with regular Amazon GC's, there is no code provided by Amazon for the GC's you get by redeeming an Amazon Payments balance. Instead, when you redeem, the balance you redeem is immediately and directly credited to your regular Amazon account, and it shows only in your personal giftcard balance.

Because you receive no code, there is nothing that you could give to anyone else. (With normal GC's, you can give the code to anyone you want; it's the code that makes them transferable.)

As far as I can see, you also cannot buy a giftcard on Amazon with your giftcard balance. I've tried before, with no success. I also just snipped this from the Amazon giftcard FAQ:
