They're all pretty easy, analyze the bottom where she discusses the different categories... then skip HITs till you come across a common word. Church / museum / golf / resort, they're not bad once you get the hang of them. Did 600 with no rejects the other day.

 

Those damn people and their stupid tags...
If you can't tell the difference between a bra and lingerie though, I feel bad for you Son.

Just thought I should post a warning about The Public Group, I'm trying to talk with them now, but I got a hard mass reject from them. I posted something on thier TO page as well. Work at your own risk.

I should also add that not to long ago I worked for a the records department for our local city building and I'm state certified in the sunshine laws. I basically got trained well and paid to do what they are turning to Mturk to do. What they are asking turkers to do in their hits is not against any law, but it does strike me as odd. I still am holding my 100 percent approval thank God, but I did have a lot of rejections.

 

What is the difference? I'm a guy, so excuse my lack of expertise.

 

although a bra is lingerie... it's wrong and annoying when they tag it "bra" when it's a big ol' nightie or a tank-top. Like...dude... how far do you thing boobs go? ;-P

 

A bra is a subset of lingerie. (anybody do those hits yesterday?)

 

Or when they tag clothing when everyone ain't wearing a stitch of clothing. No.....
But I think having to search something 3-5 times b/c they're listing acts that don't happen has to be the worst. They're trolling us. =-P

I did two 11 cent tags the other night. I got one weird 80s style porno and one gay porn set. I'm afraid to do more. I fear if I do, I'll get some transexual junk.

Why is it the style guide never seems to be what the requester wants in transcription, or maybe the real question is why is it I can't read the style guide the way I'm supposed transcribe. . .

 

I don't think I'm in the right mind for naming stuff. LOL
