You cannot request quals like the one immediately above your post. That's a qual that was assigned to people who previously took their surveys in the past. Anytime you see: Exc: [series of numbers here] DoesNotExist, I wouldn't bother requesting it. But other than that, there are HITs you can try getting qualifications by taking their tests. You would have to uncheck your filter of what you are qualified for in Mturk, then expand details in order to see it.
