i joined mturk 2 months ago. now i got an email saying Thanks for your recent ID submission. After reviewing your information, I see that the ID name you submitted does not match the name on your account address. The name associated with your account address must match the given name on your ID. You can make changes to your name on the primary address through the related Amazon.com retail account
Which ID did you submitted for verification? If the name's is different, you can change it in Mturk. Use this link: https://www.mturk.com/mturk/beginsettings?action=change_account_settings
Then it might be due to PAN card clarity issues. Rescan your PAN and submit it again. But before that, ask them why they've rejected your documents even though the names are same: https://www.mturk.com/mturk/contactus
maku sure that you have the name ,exactly the one you have in pancard. i mean,u just need to check that ,if they are in upper case,your account must be also in uppercase and if ur firstname and lastname must also be arranged in same manner.
