Can't Find Good HIT's? 12/9

Steve, forgive me if this was already answered, but for non US countries where, I'm honestly not sure if City/State applies, what their postal code might be, etc... Do you prefer just all the information copy/pasted into a certain field, or do our best guess? (e.g. Italy, Bulgaria have came up for me, I just do my best)
