Rubins... Rubins everywhere! I had my morning coffee and checked the news, now it's back to the grind. I wish they'd be 50 cents a piece though. That would motivate me even more than the 40 cents.

damn.. that zillow hit from smrt sheet was great for 1.00... i am always on zillow! Only got 2 in though, I should have accepted multiple hits hope those come back up
