Raiders stank. I used to cry when we didn't make the playoffs, then 10 years later(2012) when we will still don't make the playoffs, I've learned to not shed grown man tears anymore. Now I just pretend to be fans of good teams so I can feel good every once in a while.

I remember Steve Young...and Joe Montana, and Elway taking us to the Super Bowl TWICE! Hey, I even remember Archie Manning (although I may have been too young to actually see him play, but he played for NO). Back in the "good old days" we didn't get that many games on TV - maybe one plus the home team.

I totally understand about the "back-up" teams - mine are the Giants, Packers, Ravens, Saints (are you old enough to remember when they were the "aints" - LOL - with bags over their heads?) They loaned those bags to the Jets this year. So, yeah, once a week or so, I get to feel good about "my" team winning!
