I guess for me, it's whenever someone stays overnight at an airport hotel in their own town before taking off, buys ecigs, doesn't buy ineffective diet pills, visits marginal tourist attractions in Grand Rapids or Anchorage, finds a dentist or urgent health care center with a really bad website, or posts a message to a professor about why they couldn't finish their homework on time.
