It happens to us all.

 

Best you can do is contact the requester. It happens sometimes, especially with new requesters that have no TO (you have that installed, right?) I did a handful of a new requester called Guru a week or two ago and they all rejected for no reason. I skipped the ones I was unsure of, so I new the ones submitted were right. That doubled my number of rejections.

If the requester doesn't respond, all you can do is increase your number approved to reduce the damage of the rejections.
