I think it depends on the work you do. I normally Mturk a few months out of the year right before holidays. So I normally start in September and end in Mid-December. This year I got a late start and began on October 25 and had over 10,000 approved by November 9th. This is on top of going to school full time and having a family of 5. The trick is to find a hit you can fly through. I average over 100 hits an hour dong the "categorize these items for HOME". It is the the one from the Amazon Requester. They also have cell, toy, tool, automotive and more. I can fly through the Home, cell, and toy. I also fly through the readabl. These hits always get approved right away (and normally pay quickly, but the holiday is slowing it down.) Then I just fill in my down time with surveys and what not. It is very possible to hit 10,000 approved hits when you find the small ones that you can fly through. The Amazon ones pay .06 and the readable ones pay .01.

I do these everyday. They are approved immediately so it really does boost up your numbers quick.

I knew this would start happening. Before you have 1000 hits approved, all you see are hits that require 1000. Then once you make it to 1000, you start seeing hits that require 5000. And then you finally make it to 5000, and then requesters start putting their hits at 10000. *sigh... at least he took the masters qual off of those. Maybe I can get to 10k before they run out (i highly doubt it)

I know the feeling ... I am so close to hitting 5000 for the last few days ... at 4811 with 650 pending, as soon as it hits all the 5000 qualifications will be 10000

 

10,000 is the new 5,000.

 

Pretty bad TO but looks like it's mostly because of slow approval.

 

I also have the value of 80, no idea.

 

For anyone working on the Matt Rubin Hits, is there an easy way to find the info. It seems that I find where the person got their PhD but not their BA or the other way around.
