I had the same problem - I put a message about it in the survey comments - hopefully they figure out EVERYONE got it wrong before they reject us!

They were very glitchy, but I managed to get the choices that I wanted after a few frustrating tries.

 

yeah so did I. Part of me thinks this was an attempt to catch people quick clicking through the survey.
