    hi

I have done around 40000 hits with an accuracy of 97%. Still wondering why I am excluded from masters. I have been a member since 2011 november. I am mainly doing batch hits. So the accuracy is good in my analysis.

I would say it may be because you only do batches? Possibly if you did more surveys, writing hits, and transcribing and got eclectic with what you did, maybe they would give it to you. If you only have experience in one type of hit, why would they give you the masters qual that gives you access to all kinds of hits?

U r rite. apart frm batch hits I hv been doin surveys, categorisations, etc....... I have never done transcription n writing hits. If I hv done it before, then I wont b havin mturk account now. They would hv thrown me out. Now I thin better not to try transcription than becoming a master.

Well I've done 70000 for 99.7% and haven't had a single rejection in 2 months.. It's just the way things go.

As you're from outside the USA I wouldn't hold your breath, I don't think they let us guys be masters much if they can help it. (I only know of 2 exceptions)

I'm not a master and I don't really expect to ever get it.. I'm from the UK and non-US masters just seem like an extremely rare breed from what I've seen..

Now I have no regrets in not getting the Masters. Great numbers. Highest that I come through in Mturk. Keep goin.

The masters certs are kind of give out and taken back at total random times. Not really much you can do to get. I have 185000 plus hits done with a 99.6 and just got mine taken back.

Hello, I'm non-US, I'm from Belgium, and I have the photo master qual, so I think it's not impossible if you're living overseas. When it was given out last year, my approval rating was 99.8 with less than 15K submitted. So I feel like it was given at random and it can just as easily be taken away in my opinion.

Now almost all good works are reserved for masters. We the normal turkers are left with 1 n 2 cent works. Not much works in mturk.

    97% accuracy isn't very good.

  20. Same I am at 90K+ approved with a 99.7% accuracy rating. From all I have read (and reasearched)the ONLY way to get a masters is by doing them Amazon Requester hits that post on Tuesdays. Or so My research has lead me to believe. Me myself I have only done a small handfull of them Amazon Requester hits but plan to try to catch them more often as I am so tired of typing in that damn captcha when I am throwin down on batch hits... it is quite annoying.
