When I got 2400 more hits rejected by Alex Baron(7000+ still in pending),I think I am at the end of this site.He approved the first 500 more hits continuously and rejected all the rest of the same task.I have no idea what's going on and I have emailed him for a explanation which apparently there isn't any or reverse the rejections. Almost 3000 rejections there I have now and it makes me feel no need and reason to do any HITs.

I'm sorry to say but you can't trust anyone. Even if you have done work for them before so many requesters are known for approving hundreds and thousands and then suddenly mass rejecting. You should always check TO even if it's a requester you've done before. One or two bad reviews is one thing but many is an issue. I would withdraw any money you have in your account because a 58% approval rate will likely get your account suspended.
I don't think the 7000 in pending are at risk. I have 4 pending from almost a month ago and assume they will be auto approved. Some requesters do this.

Doesn't matter... 2400 rejections already, if all 7K approve and the poster has done more that 1000 approved HITs already (with no other rejections) that would bring them to slightly above 75%. But... those guys tend to take the full 30 days to approve and Amazon might give you the boot by then for sitting under 70% for so long.
Apparently, if you private message the lighting buff creep through the Turker Nation forums and give him your worker ID#, he'll reverse the rejections. The other guy, the one who screwed you over the worst, all I know of to do is beg him to reverse them. Don't demand--beg, because demanding might just put his back up, and you're powerless here. Explain the effect he's had on you, offer to reimburse him for the money he'll have to pay you for reversing the hits, basically beg on bended knee. But don't hold your breath. He sounds like a real piece of work. BB is right that it's dangerous to sit around with an approval rate of under 70%, so work like a dog for Oscar for weeks on end if you have to, to build up your stats. And then be careful as hell from now on.
