Wow, Murphy's Law coming into full effect for me. Mere minutes after the Rubins get posted, my internet slows to an absolute crawl and I barely get 10 in. Currently sitting with a 155ms ping (the best in hours actually) and a whopping 170kbps down. I feel like I've time traveled to 1997.
hampton schedule was impossible to find using google (at least with the first page of search results and registrar's page), but some of the courses used that as the provided link...
It's really easy with some HITs, like MedCrowd 5 centers. I spent all of Thanksgiving week doing those for hours at a time. Made huge bank.
Fordham wasn't possible to find. I had to return one because you had to be a student to look for the classes.
i'm totally not gonna complain about rubins, but some medcrowds would be a nice change of pace, the school stuff is getting kinda repetitive...
If I got that in 1997 I would've had the whole high school over at my house looking at porn on the Net. The highest download speed I knew somebody having was 6k a sec download. I had the hottest PC on the block too. 200 Megahurt windows 95. 2.5 gig harddrive. 33.6 modem. damnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
i found fordham pretty easily... it was one of those annoying ones where you have to keep backing out, reloading the term selection screen, and then going back in... https://sserp.fordham.edu/prod/bwckschd.p_disp_dyn_sched
Oh. Well for future reference... https://hunet.hamptonu.edu/prod/bwckctlg.p_disp_dyn_ctlg search the term, then voila! (you may have to click on 'lecture' to get professor name)
Yeah 1997 may have been an anger-induced stretch, but this doesn't even feel like 170kbps, I can't get anything to load half the time. Dial-up would be more consistent right now.
Actually my most hated system is the one that some uni's use the one where if you leave unattended your session times out and you're faced with the oracle box. I usually hard refresh because of it. Losing precious Rubin time. All this Rubin talk makes me crave a Reuben sandwich with extra thousand island.
I think you have to call them and it will help more the verification process a bit quicker. I believe someone else here had that issue.
thanks, i ended up just keeping these two pdfs open, i prefer scrolling to a search system: http://www.hamptonu.edu/studentservices/registrar/docs/Fall2012SchedulingGuide-MainCampus.pdf http://www.hamptonu.edu/studentserv...ring2013StudentSchedulingGuide-MainCampus.pdf
anyone know if not accepting the crowdsource top tier hit until you're done the article a bad thing? I'm paranoid now. I'm thinking they'll be suspicious that i submitted it a few minutes after accepting it and maybe i am dumb for this, but i skipped out on rubins to write that crowdsource top tier qual article that i started last night. sad thing is i'm still not done. ive changed my topic twice. all i need is a good intro. why why why are intros so hard for me ugh! hopefully another rubin batch is posted later.
