If you don't have the qualification it won't show under "Hits available to you" so just click on HITS tab, find it and request qualification. I believe it's immediate approval to work on the hits if you pass the simple test. I do tons of those HITS. He pays fast and doesn't reject.

Right, but that's not what I asked, I'm inquiring about the websites used to find if the houses are for sale. Thanks.

Use www.realtor.com It's the best for these HITS and you don't need to look further if you use this site.

    Tips for working these HITS:

    1. Even if the MLS number is listed along with the address, search by address first. You'll have better luck. IF you don't find it by address then search by MLS number if it is available.

    2. Use this site: http://www.realtor.com/ for address search. If searching by MLS use this: http://www.realtor.com/FindHome/default.asp

    3. Occasionally an address will not come up at all. If that happens, go back, return the HIT and move on. If a number of addresses are pulled up but there is no exact match (it would be the 1st one at top of list) simply copy the URL of that page, go back to the hit and click on "not for sale," paste URL in box provided and submit.

    4. If you find an exact match, instead of clicking on it and then copying the URL of the home's page, right click on the address and "copy the link" then paste it in the hit with "for sale" and submit. Saves a lot of time. The faster you do them, the more money you make.

    5. After you do the first "search by address" for the first time on the website, the search box will then be found on the upper right hand corner of the page from then on.

    Hope this helps :)

For MLS I use this link : http://www.realtor.com/FindHome/default.asp?mode=MLS&source=web
When there is MLS number I will just search with the MLS ID and if it is not found have to put Not For Sale and put the URL : http://www.realtor.com By following this method, I don't seen any problem with my score and luckily I got an increase in the score... Always watch your score... because I know a guy who got 80 for the qualification test and then he done some HITs with some mistakes and his score reduced to less than 80 and he is now disqualified... so for those working in RER HITs: always check with your score. I got only 93 when I passed the qualification test and requested for the other qualifications and got it instantly and then doing the HITs the above way for MLS and like the ways as in the instructions my score is now 100... and still intact without any change... it is now 100 itself.....

Returning the HITs matters Shego.. don't do that... if you can't find an address.. then surely you can put Not For Sale and URL : http://www.realtor.com... this is the way...not returning... See that Nadiya here in this forum told that she returned many HITs and got her score reduced from 93 to some 85...after no returns she seems some increase in her scores and got some 89... not yet communicated with her for last week...so I don't know her latest score...

    So no more Returns...ok?

That is exactly what I do expect that I don't return the hits, If the realtor.com rejected the address I use homes.com
But my qualification is dropping down I don't know why I send them a message and never got any reply :(

I return the HITS because I'm not about to waste 5 minutes doing a .04 cent hit. It's not worth it. Not sure what you mean by the score dropping etc. but many requesters tell us to return the hit if we don't find the info so I don't know where you're looking to find this drop in score. Can you please clarify?

Sometimes you can get to the desired search results more quickly by searching realtor.com via Bing or Google.

    example: {street address} site:realtor.com

omitting the curly brackets, of course.

The higher rate has nothing at all to do with returning hits. It's about the number of hits you submit that aren't rejected. Returning hits is better than getting rejected. The more hits you do the better your scores in every aspect of turking--even if you get rejections but the ratios accepted are higher. I'm having trouble explaining it but I had 42 rejections yesterday for some new HITS I did that supposedly were wrong. It didn't affect my approval rate at all. Incidentally they weren't wrong there simply wasn't any information available. Requestors are starting to pull this stunt where if the answer is not found they tell you that "another worker" was able to find it. In this way they fool you into thinking you didn't get it right when in reality they simply don't want to pay for a hit that had no available data. Anyway sorry to get off topic but it's the number of hits you successfully submit being significantly more than those that get rejected etc. that counts to your score.

When this little window pops up, do I just put "Not For Sale" and http://www.realtor.com as the URL?

I've just been skipping those ones, but I just want to check to see what you guys are doing for them.

Yes Bro, you are absolutely right... put "Not For Sale" and http://www.realtor.com as the URL... as you don't find a matching address...
Don't skip them... you can earn an easy 0.04 from them.. Watch out your scores in RER HITs...Mine is still intact with 100.

Hey score matters... what you will do when your score comes to 79... you will out from this HIT... so please do watch the scores..and don't return the HITs... I never seen any rejections from RER... so me saying that for all your sake.. those who want can believe... I am doing the way as I got in the instructions... So watch out the scores and do as what he says in the HITs.. no more rejections for me... and I never got a reduction in my score as me in the right path as the RER requester need... so be careful... No more comments... those who want can believe... that ....Also note that I only heard from Jophess that he got a rejection and for my friends who got their score down are those with all accepted...so their score is only reduced for the small mistakes they made and the returning of the accepted HITs...
