Did anyone email the Nada tattoo hit person? I'm waiting on a response and then I'll do a few. I saw there are like 16k of them.

Question: I took a qualification test and "failed" it, but there's a mistake in the test that I feel the requester needs to know about. How do I contact them? I've tried searching the name, but since I haven't (can't) taken any of their HITs, I don't know how to Email them. Any ideas? Thanks.

Welcome to Mturk. I began doing your 'hits' and I had a few questions.
1) How would you like the photos with more than one person with multiple tattoos handled since the tag can only be for one spot?

I am going to fix this soon. For now, just pick one.

2) How would you like the photos that are too close up to be handled to indicate where the tattoos are placed?

Do your best guess. If you really unsure, skip the hit. I hope there will not be too many of these.

3) How Some do you intend on paying on these 'hits', because you are new to Mturk, many long time workers are leery to work on your project until they see how you pay and if you are fair in terms of the work description and acceptance/rejection rate as for many of us this is our only job.

The acceptance policy is as follows: I review 20% of your work. If it looks reasonable I accept the entire batch.

I wish there was TO b/c these are easy and I'd do a ton. Regardless, I did 3 just to check for approval.

 

These were quick and easy. Only wish they would let me do more than 10.

 

Today has been a really slow day for me

 

The tattoo hits have been "improved" since I started - now you can pick out several places on the body, and there's an option to select "only a design".

 

There is now an 'Only A Design' option in her HITs

 

Ok now im confused because it lets me place multiple red boxes...am i supposed to cover all the areas where there are tattooes?

hey, sorry, i was taking a nap.... the ~1000 word articles take no more than an hour. the longer ones generally take me about 45min/hour, i feel like i could be doing them faster though, i just get easily distracted lol

 

I just sent her a message because i noticed the same thing with the multiple boxes. Glad it's not just me.
