G'morning, folks! I'm gonna throw in the towel on today already. In a couple of hours I've got to take my teen over to the oral surgeon's for a preliminary consult on getting her wisdom teeth done. You parents of little ones have so much to look forward to!
Me too, had mine done when I was way over 30. Don't know why no one told me I should had it done when I was in my teens but anyway the experience turned out good. No problems at all. Yes very $$$ even with insurance.
Yep, no doubt. I've had to remove mine one at a time. Still have one left. Knock on wood it hasn't bothered in a few years. Good luck with your daughter. Worst thing in the world is seeing your child go through pain.
Good luck, Kris. Our first is due in February and I'm already dreading everything it'll cost me. Why do you think I'm trying to turk more?
Thanks, everyone. Yeah, I expect it'll be expensive enough as it is, since we don't have dental and our cheap ass medical insurance won't cover it. She's been through some other oral surgery when she was about 10, but nothing quite like wisdom teeth. Luckily today is just consultation and x-rays. Neither of us is looking forward to the actual procedure.
Ah, Xrays shouldn't be too bad, and hopefully it can be a nice little day with your daughter other than the actual xrays. I have some good memories of getting milkshakes with parents after getting out of school to have teeth pulled

I've been getting about 5 hours of sleep a night lately but making really good money so I guess it's a decent toss up.
off topic, but does anyone here use a trackball mouse? the kind that you don't move around, but move the big ball? I was thinking about getting one, but there are so many kinds and some are very expensive and didn't want to foot that type of bill without some suggestions. Thanks in advance!
