hmmm i took that survey that starts out with the menu for the mexican restaurant, got to the part where i enter my id and i got kicked out of the survey, wth?? all it asked was how much i wanted to spend and what entree i wanted

i checked my spreadsheet for that requester and i've never taken a hit from him before

A quick tip to any other newbies reading here - don't shy away from qualifying tests. If the test doesn't require a number of hits, you should go for it. I am enjoying alot of audio transcription work since I qualified for one of the requester. Still need to get that test for Casting Words (it didn't load for me and now it says I already took the test). I also cleared for Card Cow.

There was a problem with my account last week with the address. I was locked out for 4 days until it was resolved. It started out the same way you and jaroba07 described. Anyway since I moved recently I ended up giving them an old address to verify and that solved it. Amazon Payments is horrible in their communication and in describing what the problem is. At first they asked me to use the verify feature with the SS# and then to make my address primary. Then they still couldn't verify and suspended me. Also I had to send mail to get the payments credited that failed when my account was suspended.

damn, that sucks
i updated my address right before opening my amazon payments account because i hadn't ordered anything from amazon since i lived in my last apartment
then, i had two addresses for some reason, both for my current apartment but one with my phone number and one without, i deleted the one without but that must have been my primary at the time
just made the only one left my primary, i hope that resolves the situation
