List which requester you feel is bad and briefly explain why they are bad. Hopefully we can compile a full list for new and old workers alike. My list of requesters: CF - This person needs people to select the best/correct choice of text (multiple choice) from a given picture. Beware, the reviewers answer's are not correct and misspelled, and they will reject your work even though you determined the correct spelling and found the correct spelling was not available in the multiple choice. Update on CF: they have manually reviewed some of my work and agreed with me, I did needed perform very well on the task. They cannot reverse the rejection in Mturk, however they gave me a .25 bonus for the work. Still beware their system may reject good work, however it is a nice gesture, and I very well appreciated it. elki media - This person asks that you add a funny comment/dialog to a picture. However beware, if they don't find it funny, you will get rejected. SpeakerText - This person asks to review a transcription for a 10 second audio clip. Find any mistakes and click on the word that is an error. Simply right? Wrong... the audio clips can start mid sentence so it is unclear if they want you to capitalize the first word. Sometimes the audio clip ends mid sentence as well so it is unclear if you need to click on the last word indicating a period or not. Too many uncertainties with this task, you may get rejected, beware.

Jennifer McKay - She has a $1.00 hit. (30 second job) I did it and got a reject immediately. It is the only one I have. Several days later a friend did the same hit and immediate rejection.
For the first time i got rejected by them...second time got paid...Thank god dint get blocked...as the images dont load i av now decided not to work for them

Hi Mturkuser999, Same case for me.. Now I blocked him... using the scripts. I don't want to see their HITs anymore. I too got bonuses from them many times, But they have got an auto approval system which they don't maintain well for these type of HITs. That auto approval system is selecting majority's answer as right. So there is a big chance that if majority is telling bad answers that wrong answer will be correct for the auto approval system, which will make our correctly submitted HITs will be considered as wrong and rejection happens. My approval rate have been gone down by these type of bad requesters... Beware of them...
"$1 HIt with a 30 second job" is just saying you that I am a scammer.. But we don't see that and we will do the HIT by seeing the $1... That's why these scammers win.. Bad requesters...
I did a survey for requester Brad Fay. Simple questions, easy to answer, then at the end---rejected! Anyone else have this happen?
Just finished a hit that asks you to look at lists of items and check the degree of similarities. After spending fifteen minutes on it and clicking the last answer, the hit was returned....zap! I hate watching my return percentage go up when it wasn't me doing it. I will be more aware, I guess.
Does it matters what is your returned percentage on mturk? The only thing that matters which I believe is the approval rate, if you have a good approval rate, you are bound to get more work.... please update and correct me if I am wrong.
I'm not sure about that, but it seems to me that if it's in the "value" column it has to mean something to someone. I'm beginning to wonder if not accepting a hit after only checking the details affects the "returned" stats. I'm going to try to find the answer---unless someone here knows. Hm?
For the case of the columns shown in the Mturk Dashboard... once I have doubt about the Abandoned HITs and I sent a query about that to Mturk Team... then seen this reply... that abandoned HITs don't have much importance.... unless a requester will include that a less than % of abandoned rate is needed to do that HIT. So I think return rate don't have much importance...
