Login problem

    I am from INDIA and I have been mturking for about 2 years. All of a sudden when i try to login to the account it says
    "The e-mail address and password you entered do not match any accounts on record."..i haven't changed my password or anything else..i had changed the browser to mozilla and was able to work as it was already logged in...but after a day the same message popped up...i had tried clearing the cookies, changed the browser and also requested for password recovery.. but no mail is being sent to my email account.. i am not using any script or sth........somebody please help ....is this their server issue or sth or is it just me

    Been hacked. Contact Amazon.

    Go the sign in page type ur email id and click forgot the password option , u proceed this , u will get mail from amazon to reset your password.
    If the problem is only with ur password this will work out. else ur a/c may be hacked.
    try .....

    problem solved.. :)..i had recently registered on junglee.com and it actually changed my amazon account password...so i am back to the mturk world...thank you guys for your time...by the way i guess their are some issues with the password recovery of mturk..still i haven't got single email about it :/

    Can you give more details about how registering on junglee.com helped you in getting your account back?

    Registering on Junglee didn’t get his account back. Amazon owns the Junglee portal and that account data is linked. When he set a new password for Junglee, he didn’t realize that he was changing his Amazon password too.

    So registering a Junglee account will NOT help anyone get their account back.

    Amazon refers to the Amazon Jungle and Junglee is a hindi word derived from the english word Jungle. Amazon India would have been a better name than Junglee.
