This is a small batch, but it is going to run through 4 steps, this being 1 of them. Once this finishes, I will have it run through the last 3 HIT types.

    Also,

Don't worry if the qualification batch runs out, as long as I am at work (until 4pm EST) I will post another one.

    Thanks,

More or less. Once all 4 are done I will follow up with some dentist data collection stuff, most likely tomorrow. Those are larget batches and I have 3 Batches of those.

The only reason I am not posting those now is because I have to monitor the qualification batches (as we always seem to have some issue with them) and beacuse these HITs are running on a deadline for us internally.

    Thanks!

If the street number is close, but incorrect, and the street name is abbreviated, but not correct, would that be considered similar? Example:

55 val view dr vs 555 valley view drive

Edit: Nevermind on this one, I got it.

I just did the medical information qualification batch hits. when they reached 10 I was notified that I have been given the Medical Information Qual with "70" score. I checked the other hits to know if I can work on them or not. I found out that my score is lower than the required one. Now the qual batch is available to me. I have done 11 more hits of it in hope that the score might increase but it's still at 70. Now I want to know that what should I do? should I stop or keep working on them?

I did 15 as well, It seems as if everyone gets 70 at first. You may want to stop working on the qual batch and just wait it out.

It seems everyone has been issued the same score. Someone in the hits thread said that they think the quals must be manually checked before the final score is issued.

If you're concerned, go ahead and message Mark through MTurk, or through a private message here if you're ok with giving him your worker ID in a private message. He's awesome at checking these things out and getting back to you.

Earlier i has more than 85 score, i done few hits of current qual batch and now my score goes to 70. Did i mess up?

Should i need to do this qual batch? Is this the reason why score goes to 70.

I done 12 hits of current qual batch....

It's manual checking because Mturk screws up.

I emailed Mark about my score being set automatically at 70 after doing the qualification batch. This was around 3:30 this afternoon. He wrote back and said that he was going to look into it tomorrow, as it would take more time than he had this afternoon to figure it out. I would suggest that anybody who is at a 70 after doing the qualification batch today (if you're interested in actually gaining the qualification, that is) shoot him an email and be patient. He will most likely get back to you tomorrow.

He also posted in the Great Hits thread this afternoon that he is aware that some people lost the qualification and had their score drop to 70 today. If this is the case, email him and again, he'll look into it tomorrow and get back to you.

If he would overtly label his qualification batches as such, he could eliminate most of his headaches in this matter. JMHO.

I see what you're saying but at the same time simply clicking on the hit to see the full description would give you that information. One batch requires a qualification, the other doesn't. It takes 2 seconds of your time to find that information yourself. Workers should be just as proactive in these kinds of situations.
