I had to download quicktime (took forever to download) and use IE to actually get it to work, which also took forever. I was worried the time would run out.

Yup. And the image shows up in the hit just the way it's supposed to, and then I get an error message saying it will not submit. I emailed them about it and they ignored me. If I'd been cut off by CS, I don't think they'd allow me to accept the hits to begin with, so I thought it must be a flaw in the hits. Guess not, though.
