    Then u will see a button below with the option Skip Sign-in

    yeah just saw it but how to get them to chat... Its showing a faint button. Can't click on it

    May be that appears only when u try with an address that doesnt exist as i did it !!

    Munawar, I didn't get it. where did you see the email id as cynthia? Is that in your "Enter your e-mail address:" field in your mTurk sign-in page?

    hey munawar, felt really bad to hear about this. you had really worked hard on your account. i think you might have logged in from a public computer. i just hope things get sorted out for you quickly because i know what it feels like not being able to turk, suddenly?

    Yep.....when i logged out tode from the account..That was the email that was present out ther in the email field....

    Thank you shreyas for yr concern .I too wish things got fixed but its gonna be hard since my email adress doesnt exist anywhere on their records as they told me during live chat and also when i made a direct phone call to the Amazon Customer Service Department:)

    Then, there are only 2 possibilities. Someone had physical access to your lap and changed the username and password. The other chance is that someone was constantly monitoring you remotely. You said last week you took broadband. Hackers love broadband....

    Nop...No physical access...My laptop had been at home and no one uses unless i am present there...cos it has a keycode to enter before windows startup.....May be the second case is the reason.My antivrus and stuffs werent upto date....I have three live chats and all of them had told me that Mturk support doesnt have a live chat option so they r forwarding my issue to the concerned department.and they will contact me via email.So I am waiting for that.But one big problem is whenever i contact Mturk they will not be able to operate much as my email address that i used to turk would no longer be existing.

    I even had a direct phone call from my mobile to an Amazon Inc. representative in United States.I spoke to her for like 20 minutes...But she could not help me out in any way as my email address as well the one converted to by the hacker could also not be found in their records...Thats what pisses me the most :(

    Thank You ...This thing is really bothering me...My Money and my account both has been lost.....and I'm completely broken not being able to turk andkill my free time :/

    haha...been there and done that..I see age 105 out there :D

    I am sure the hacker has eventually shifted his/her address to a different one after this

    Did you previously do any hits that required you to log in to your facebook/twitter accounts or give the requester access to them?
