I would do more, but I have not had much luck with finding requester ID's for TurkAlert in the past. I was gonna suggest turk.com I may have to take that and then sell it for a profit later.
don't need the id just the name =] I forgot to change that. turk.com indeed ;] surprised that is not gone.
I am good at the moment =] Got several other projects I will start on soon not mturk related. SO my hands will stay quite full for the foreseeable future.
Hi, I'm completely new here and don't have much experience with MTurk yet. That said, I personally wouldn't read reviews or other info on requesters from people who have been paid for them. Would this website offer something that TO doesn't? An expansion of what TO does sounds great.
No it is just for my requester hall of shame. Just some guides I wrote and such. Nothing special yet. That is in the works.
I think this is a really neat idea 2much, I always want more detail about a bad experience other than "No, they suck" You know? Awesome
OK I got time to reply now. My site is not TO nor is it supposed to be. However I do want to make a list of good/bad requesters WITHOUT using TO's content. I have no way for users to post reviews on my site so I am letting the fine members here get to make a few cents telling me theirs. I see no problem with this as I make sure it is a known bad requester before I post it. EDIT: The campaign I was trying to run for getting info on bad requesters has been stopped. I have to rethink this again.
I don't see a problem with it either, as a user of rating sites I like to see a statement such as "reviewers were compensated for their input" so that I can make an informed decision about the review.
The website is not up yet. He is working on it as an ongoing project. If you would like to submit your opinons about a requester, do so by working on his HITs.
