For meat products (the two I've seen so far are pig's feet and chicken livers) that are from the butcher section should we submit them blank or return them?
Very good question. I will need to consult with my co-workers on this. I'll report back as soon as I know.
If it's a product like a meat product with no nutrition label is it just submitted blank? I've done that twice already before I even thought to ask. That's what I get for not refreshing to see someone already asked that >_<
So three out of four HITs are telling me there's a problem. One of them had no photo so I reported it as broken but it sits there in my "HITs assigned to you" and I can't submit it blank. It won't take. One HIT had three thumbnails that worked but the nutrition label thumbnail did not. Reported that broken, as well. Also it sits in my HITs assigned to me and I cannot submit it because I keep getting an error. One HIT went through, finally. On the fourth HIT, I went and put in all information the label had available, went to submit it, I get another error. So I have three HITs sitting my assigned to me and I can't submit them.
For the last thumbnail thing, if you open the image in a new tab and take out the xxxxxx_thumbnail_ part it will load full size. You might still have to put your head at a funny angle to read it if it's sideways, but you should at least be able to get it done.
I'm very sorry you're having these problems. I imagine it's quite frustrating. I'll do whatever I can to help. Are you getting any error messages when you try to submit the HITs?
Really good HITS. Looking forward to working on them in the future when you get the kinks ironed out.
How are you guys writing things with serving sizes like 1/3 cup? .333 cup? Ok, I got a reply back from the requester. For 1/3 cup, he wants 0.33 cup. We just use decimals for the fractions.
I think you write serving sizes there that don't fit under serving size 1 or 2. For example, 15 chips would go under serve description. Basically stuff that doesn't have the unit listed under serving size 1 or 2.
If it says 1 cookie and then in parenthesis its (44g), do we put the 44g in the serving 1 and then in the description put the 1 cookie? Thanks for explaining it, by far my favorite requester so far.
