Has anyone done their 15 cent hit and gotten paid? I did about 50 of them 3 days ago, and I noticed the hit is still up. It says they auto approve in 30 days, but I'm afraid to do any more in case they're not legit. There's only one TO review... :help:

ok, they officially suck balls--rejected 12 out of 107 that I submitted. AVOID.

  3. Yes, there have been many reports in the Great HITs thread today about rejections and the requester's TO has several updates. I received 5 rejections myself.

Piece of ******* shit reviewer. Why don't you take a long walk off a short cliff and get bent on the way down. "Failed Validation", going too fast, bite me. Hope your thesis fails and you end up being the sad, depressed, angry-at-the-world little girl we all know you really are inside. You can take those rejections and shove them up your tight-wound ass.

...unless you reverse, then we're friends again.

I got 4 rejects out of 68. I have sent an email to the requester but have not heard back yet. REALLY irritated.

yikes looks like they rejected one out of every other one.

17 rejects, 34 submitted. Reason: failed validation.

Can anyone freshen my memory on what this HIT was?

You had to look at the app, read a description, and then answer a couple questions about how you'd feel if that app accessed your photos, phone number, etc.

Uh oh, I did just one of these yesterday. It's still pending. Now I'm nervous for a rejection. Fingers crossed that mine approves and that everyone else can get their rejections reversed or something. :|

I did 7 and all were approved with feedback saying "well done!"
But I did those on the 16th.

what in the check was the validation part?

  12. Nothing on the HIT. But according to someone on TO who actually did get a reply on the email, she rejected HITs that were submitted under the 2:00 mark.

  13. I did 16 on May 19th, two of which were rejected for "failed validation."

Also, what's up? First post here. :)

It seems as if 10% of the work was randomly rejected. This is BS. I thought it would be safe because it is a thesis from a student at Carnegie Mellon. We never have problems with them.

Scumbag Carnegie Mellon - that's where this bs hit came from. And I am still waiting for an answer to these rejections.

I did 69 of them and all got approved. :) Last week, I emailed the requester asking when will they review the HITs. They responded very rapidly telling me that they will do it this week. And they did! They also mentioned that they will publish more in a couple weeks.
Personally, I think these HITs are pretty easy to do given the payment of $0.15. Will definitely continue doing it.

My experience wasn't as bump-free as yours, but yeah, the HITs are very easy, the pay is great. They ended up reversing all of my rejections except one. Did I mention the pay is great?

If they do indeed put up another batch like that I'll go crazy on it this time. Sorry to hear some other folks had a far worse time of it than I did.

Edit: tina214 - do you perchance have some connection to CMU? If so, thanks for reversing those rejections!

So it looks like they've reversed most of the rejections, but I'd think twice about doing their hits in the future.
