WTG!!~!! Don't you love those big round numbers? That is how I judge when I am allowed to take a break. When I hit a certain round number on my hits submitted. Yeah, I know... it may seem a bit strange but it gets me through the day.
Hahaha yes! Actually I had my break this weekend getting the little ones all ready to start school, came back today to a nice chunk of work this morning so I think it's a good sign of things to come

It calculates how many HITs you need approved to reach whatever approval % you want. You enter the % you want to be at (98, 99.5, etc.) and hit calculate and it tells you how many HITs need to be approved to get there. HTG stands for "HITs to Get" or HITs to Go I think.
