I did a post for this person today, 8/14. I answered completely every question that was asked. No "marooned" game was mentioned in the HIT. He rejected my submission because I did not play "marooned." I have reported him to Amazon.
I remember seeing a survey that mentioned that having played Marooned was a requirement. I don't recall the name, but how many Marooned surveys could there be? I don't even know what it is?
I have did that hit before. You play the game first then do the after survey. Didn't you read the instructions? It is very clear what you do.
Same. Sounds like a user error to me. I have done the HIT before and saw today's, it clearly said you'd be playing a game and how to get the login info. Do you report researchers who reject you for not getting "catch" questions correct?
He is not a scammer...It was very clear. I actually took his HIT- You have to email him to get the logins and the link is right there in the HIT to play it- It says to email him and wait for him to email you back and you must have 5 hours free- Because there has to be 6 other players- Etc etc- He emailed me back right away as one game was coming up in about 15 minutes- I couldn't play and didn't have the time/other stuff- So I emailed him back and said I would be returning the HIT. It was very clear.....The bonus was up to 10 bucks I believe if you found the certain gas stuff in the game above 80. He isn't a scammer. His directions were clear and there was a link to the game...but you had to email him to get logins and wait for the next game to start. You did not read the info before the questions. It was there. You can't just get HITS and not read and do them fast. You have to make sure to read and he shouldn't be reported. His HIT doesn't violate anything. It was a game with a great bonus if anyone found the stuff over 80- Did anyone? I didn't have the time to play it this morning so I passed. And he responded back and forth by email quickly too.
Sorry but this is one case im gonna pile on... The hit was CLEARLY written and instructions CLEARLY and IN BOLD.. The only way to fuck that hit up is to disregard everything that was written click the first link you saw and submit the hit.. Clearly you failed to do your job properly.
I hate to beat a dead horse but it definitely DEFINITELY said that you had to have played the game, which is why I didn't click on the survey...sounds like you saw that it payed a dollar and ignored everything else...
IKR. No matter what this fellow says it is clearly obvious to 'US' that are familiar with this hit and this requester that this fellow doesn't read and clicks links blindly. Nuff said.
Hahaha! You are like the "It wasn't me song". No matter how red handed you are caught...you just keep on sticking to your story. Well what you sow you reap- So if you want to unfairly call someone a cheater- Expect it back. I took his hit minutes after it popped up in New Hits and it was clear including a link to the game in the first few sentences- The login for the game..and it explained ALL of what to do including emailing HIM for logins and having 5 hours free etc etc..before the survey questions ever popped up. Mturk is not for you if you cannot read things and follow directions :/ No scammers and liars needed or wanted. There is enough already in both parties.
