My PPT just went down today without doing any jobs...?? It was 81 and went down to 80. I haven't done any jobs and I have had one pending for a day. It has still not been approved yet... Has anyone else run into this issue before? I submitted another request to Support. I hope they aren't getting tired of me,lol.
CW support staff is not large. Send one, log into the support site http://support.castingwords.com/home and check support tickets there. Sometimes the replies don't come through to your email. And make sure you have an account here: http://turkers.castingwords.com/turkers/index Your PPT will fluctuate (seemingly for no reason) when you're new. It's like putting a hold on your account. They want to make sure your work gets through the system and graded before you work on more audio. Be happy you'd gotten it up to 81 before it went down - some people get put to 79 sometimes during their "holding period". Chill with writing customer support. They are friendly though =)
They write me back just fine. I have had 3 separate issues so I have opened 3 separate ones on 3 separate days. And they tell me to contact them as much as I need too. I will write them if I have a problem. I can't fix it myself,lol. My ppt went back up to 81. Must have been a system issue I guess.
