I did. All that pops up is just a HIT information. Not TO or TV. Doesn't open them for me. EDIT: Oh I found it. Omg I have to go inside the HIT information first then click on those bars. Yes extra step. I feel so :hairpull: with this new update. Actually it's not an "update". It's a whole new one to me.
I tried that. It showed an error in the extension. It would not get me the MTS logo that goes on top of the desktop to be able to click to open Hit Finder. The error was asking about an API key which I do have but I don't know how to input that. Such a mess that I gave up after trying this steps 3 times.
I had that same problem...see that little puzzle piece next to your extensions? Click on that and 'pin' MTS to your extensions. Be sure to shut off the new MTS though. Then you have to upload your export to get your hits back (in tracker).

Oh I hadn't gotten that far. Once I saw the error and unable to open MTS I deleted everything. After your instructions with the puzzle, I will try again.
you don't have to start from scratch, you should still have that folder on your desk top (unless you really are that efficient) besides it's always easier the second time.
@Flora @tscreener I think Turkerview replaced MTCrowd. Just came from TurkerView, found Kadauchi had changed much of the programming. He resolved my problem; the extensions have new URL's. "If it ain't broke, break it." He ought to work for Microsoft.
I did delete it all. I try to keep my files uncluttered. It works! Thanks so much. There is still an error on the Extensions page for MTS. I did enter my API but the error still remains. Is it showing error also for you on the Extensions page? I guess I'll ignore it since the old MTS seems to be working now. Just need to put in my blocked/favorites back in.
Do you have the posting time in from of each hit on HitFinder? Mine have disappeared. I don't know how old the Logged Hits are.
That was the issue with the new update. He didn't include that for some reason. (he plans on adding it on the next update) The old one does have the times on there.
Now I'm having trouble importing my block list. My json file doesn't do a thing. Won't import. May have to just start from scratch and block stuff again. Not a big deal.
I had the errors too. I went to chrome://extensions/. I then clicked on "details" for MTurk Suite 2.6.13, scrolled down, and unchecked "collect errors."
What errors are y'all talking about? I guess I'm keeping the new version because I think it's too hard to figure out how to go back anyway.
