    Hi,
since i'm new to all this, reading up on the forum, it seams that this hits are quite popular among the folks around here.

Searching for there hits i saw that it requires several qualifications, some you can request(do they require anything special) and an options that requires my to take a test.

What does that test contain exactly, cause it seams if you fail it you can't retake it?

It asks you to look up a specific address in the United States (those were the only addresses I've seen to date) and specify whether the given address is for sale, or not for sale.

They have a long list of websites that you are NOT allowed to use during the test (or, subsequently, the HITs). I used realtor.com. You look up the address with either the MLS number provided, or the address, and just indicate if it is for sale or not.

The test is exactly like the HITs -- the only difference is that the test has multiple questions, quite long, and the HITs only ask for info for one address at a time. :)

I hope this helps! It's fairly easy and straight-forward. I passed the test with 100, and when I came across HITs where I couldn't find the address, or something else seemed a little off, I just added a comment to the comments section at the bottom of the page.
