Says I did 6,000 steps so far today resting heart rate is 62 average is 75 max was 120 when I went to the gym it vibrates if I am stationary for 30 min tells me to get up and move even tracks sleep a really good buy!

I didn't do horribly today. I am certainly not up to making hourly goals but some pocket change will be coming my way once everything gets approved.
