I know. I asked for it and I'm on the thread for this requester so I was thinking anyone on here would also have it. It's not like I'm on the greatest hits forum.
I am sure you'll get plenty of these tomorrow. There's ccurrently a shitload of them with no one working on them except a few.
FYI: If you see Pa, PA or such in the lawyer name field, then you are looking at a firm name. You have multiple chances for a last name match in those cases.
He didn't grant me the Qual even though I was the one who gave him a better idea as to how to post the hits. I didn't have any luck with them at all and the State Bars were the LEAST helpful. But to those who can pull it off, I applaud you!
could the guy who says he is in contact with him all the time ask him to split the CT lawyers into there own batch?
ha, Funny thing is I'm in that batch hoping they would split Pennsylvania so I don't have to keep skipping CT.
I'm really frustrated with those hits. I tried, literally for hours to crack some kind of "code" to finding these elusive emails. I've visited every site the requester listed and a dozen others I found. It would be easier to find needle in a haystack than emails for lawyers. Then again, who can blame them for not wanting their emails easily accessible considering what they charge I just wish I could find some way to get this information. I'm to the point where I'm ready to accept the hits, wait for a minute and NA them--take my chances.
True that. The kicker is, not all of the state bar sites have this info. One of them makes you enter that godwawful two word CAPTCHA before you can see the search results (Colorado, I think). Not to mention that his list of attorneys has some as last name first, others as first name first, and still more as firm names. As these HITs progress, you spend more and more time on them and they become not worth the trouble.
Colorado was one of the easier states, but they limit you to how many times you can search, and then they tell you you cannot anymore... I think I did about 300 last week when they were up before he took them down the first time, and I still am not allowed to use it. A big problem is that 80% of the queries names are formatted incorrectly. For example it may say Patrick J William, and the guys name is actually J. Patrick William, or J. William Patrick, or William J. Patrick... so you have to try all possibilities of combos. I have found that 80% are poorly formatted names, 10% are dead, 5% are actually doctors instead, 4% just don't exist, and 1% are formatted correctly, with correct information. Then, 1% of that 1% actually have an email posted somewhere. Alabama was incredibly easy, I did 1500 of them and almost every one had an email right on the bar sight. The rest of these are really just not worth it, the bonus is pointless.
The question I would like to know the answer to is... has the requester tried to look up any of these emails? All he has to do is pick any 10 and be like wow, not a single one of these have an email possible to be found, yet it seems as though he expects an email to be listed. The bonus has no effect on these remaining HIT's, it's a .05 hit, period.
for the colorado ones you just have to get something to change your IP. CT isnt to bad. PA is kinda bad. If you could filter the batch hits so you could find certain cities and addresses, this would be so much easier. i got 3000 done since last thurs with no N/A but im burnt out and taking the rest of the night off. i have a feeling there will be some left tommorrow.
