Try some pills. Some work some don't. You have to try to get a feel for different ones and find out what works best for you.

I just put my abuser in jail in may (657 counts of rape, sexual assault, rape of a minor, etc) from when I was a child. I had panic attacks almost 3 times a day. I tried pill after pill and finally found one to help. It's worth it. Pills, therapy, exercise, and live life. Good luck!
