Can't Find Good HITs? 12/15

I think it's easier to find the email addresses if you search the school name in quotes and the prof name in quotes, which usually brings up that prof's home page at that school first. I use google.

 

No chance, it's only 11:20pm!!!

 

I don't see how you guys can finish these things so quickly. It's like every school is a clusterfuck of outdated information and terrible web design

 

Ah, the world of academic websites. =P You're right, it is. I think once you wade through all the "leftovers" you start getting to easier ones, but that might be my imagination.

 

Yeah. I get annoyed when the included "link" is to the course description. So I make sure to search for the Course/Class SCHEDULE and then I get better luck. And when I find a good link for a certain school I keep an open browser tab for it so I don't reinvent the wheel.

By the end of the night I think I'll make a Rubin folder of bookmarks in Firefox.

You're doing great! I did these nonstop for like 5 days a few weeks ago..

I also have two hits open at a time plus another window for searching with multiple tabs open. That way, while one loads, I'm already working on another. Those seconds add up to time wasted!

Wow, people submitted some straight up bad info for some of these courses. Thought there was going to be some more quality control.

well that was a blast. Final Rubin count: 78. That saved my weekend.

 

Damn. I didn't get them til they were post either. Then when I saw there was 147 left, I went into "greedy bitch" mode. Accepted 10 and worked on them while new ones in another tab, rinse and repeat.

Didn't hit my goal of 100, but I got in 88! Nice 44 bucks to start my day....even though only 6 of those hit "today".

 

Was pretty psyched I was able to get 18 of them in..ya'll are nasty fast.

 

I got in 24, can't complain when I thought I'd be making less than $10 today!

Haven't done the multiple-grab thing, but, next time I'll go into "greedy bitch" mode too! Good advice
