...at the end of this second task of 16 questions, page has been waiting for at least 4 minutes now...
Me too, then it timed out, so i wrote a message saying how slow it was and that i spent the 30 mins on it and submitted.
Its like about 70% or 80% I think. You just get a message about your accuracy being to low and go try something else.
I've been below 70 (in fact like 40% once) and they just blocked me from doing anymore of that single hit...didn't block me from anything else.
yeah. also for those who got locked out, first the survey opened a popup, so that could be a reason, but if you got to the first page with instructions, there was a logical reason you might have been stopped...
I got an error 30 minutes in, so I submitted the HIT with an explanation, hopefully it won't get rejected but it's worth the chance, don't want my time to go to waste like that.
I stopped awhile ago the baby was fussy i was just whining cause i didnt want to do them right now lol Im glad i didnt then! I hadnt seen Marks post :/
I'm on the third task and mine was stuck for 8 minutes, then finally moved forward another page. Their server is getting hammered by the continuous cycle of returns/re-accepts when people quit or get booted from it.
i clicked the button again, it only got as far as 'connected to vlab.etc, etc' so their server is borked. i emailed them, hopefully they get back soon, i will probably just submit it with a note. i trust columbia not to screw people over like that... but i guess i don't trust them to run a server that can handle the number of connections or types of calculations they're running...
