    They may have put a "soft block" on you. This just means you have probably done a similar survey with them and they set it up so you can't do anymore. It doesn't count against you like a hard block does. If you didn't get an email from amazon saying you are blocked its probably just a soft block. You can email the requester/amazon to verify.

    Yeah, me too. I think they do eventually go through and review the contested questions. I remember getting locked out of a HIT because of their wrong answers and I told them they were wrong each time. A couple of days later, I got an email from them saying they had reviewed the questions and adjusted my percentage accordingly. When I checked, it had been reset to 100%.
