Default How much time to convert Pending Payment to actual money ?

I started as a new user few days back and have earned like 11$ till now but none of this shows in the account settings page. All approved payments are in "Pending Payment" stage and i have no clue when it gets converted into actual cash ?
Also what is the minimum amount that we accumulate before we can request for a payment ?

This is happening for all new workers. There is a mandatory hold period for the first 10 days. After that you will get it normally. This is Mturk's new policy.

I had joined on 15th August and still all the approve surveys show Approved-Pending Payment. When can i expect to show up them as Paid and the amount in my account settings ?
I guess 10 days are over.
