You don't need to run any searches other than the ones I have provided. In this particular case, it is better to miss a Twitter handle than to submit an incorrect one. I believe the searches I have given you all will only return good handles if they exist.
these must be great HITs for newbies since the quals are so low. but for veteran turkers, 4c is way too low for this task. something along the lines of at least 10 cents per HIT would be better.
Thanks for the input, but that's the beauty with AMT, you don't have to do them if you don't want to. I think a lot of people have picked up that you can do them very fast given the searches I've given and it isn't necessary to dive in deep to the search results. So far the statistics for this project have the average submission time at 25 seconds.
I accidentally copied the @ in one of the twitter handles I actually found. I'm assuming it's not good to have those symbols in your data so I apologize in advance. I was so excited to submit a result that I overlooked it :/
