I was wondering if there was someone I could approach, if I feel my HITS were wrongfully rejected and without warning? I did quite a few transcriptions for Speech Ink and things were fine. As soon as I started to get comfortable, they went ahead rejected at least 12 of my jobs in a row. Explanation given was :"No paragraph breaks, if the transcriber cannot do their job, the transcriber won't get paid." I thought this was plain arrogant. No warning, no feedback, moreover, the work was graded after 6 days, hadn't a clue, which video or audio they were even talking about. All my transcription work is now with speech ink. Can this be reversed or at least brought to someone's attention? All of these calls were checked by one particular auditor, who was having a bad day, I'm, guessing. Thanks, Marsha
